This is a 50-minute talk from the first week of my Mom in Peace Online Workshop. I cover how to create your own Litany of Truths, and I offer practical spiritual tools for tackling comparison, guilt, and anxiety as woman and mother.
Over the years, I’ve hosted a podcast, co-hosted a radio show, and have been a guest on many radio shows and podcasts. I’ve also given retreats and spoken at numerous events.
