I had the pleasure of being a guest this week on Allison Gingras’ daily radio show, “A Seeking Heart with Allison Gingras.” Allison is a fellow show host at Breadbox Media, the streaming Catholic radio site that I’ll be launching a weekly show with very soon (basically my podcast, The Right Heart, but as a radio show).
Head over to Allison’s site here to listen to the episode and check out the show notes, OR you can also download it here from iTunes as a podcast (it’s the episode from February 11).
Allison and I chatted about all kinds of fun things: my upcoming radio show, the Domestic Church movement, finding a right heart when taking small children to mass, and even my modeling days.
Talking about my brief-ish time as a model in high school and early college was a new experience for me. When I was in college, I actually gave a good number of talks to youth group girls about my experiences in Manhattan as a model, but I haven’t blogged or spoken much about my modeling days since then. Maybe this was my cue to open the floodgates a little on that part of my life? 🙂
I’ve been pre-recording a ton of amazing episodes for my radio show for a couple of months, actually. Check out my Upcoming Shows post for a list of Spring 2016 episodes to look forward to! And if you want to make sure you get a quick note about each new episode as it comes out, just subscribe to The Right Heart, and I won’t let you miss out on new stuff!:)
God bless you and yours today!

So many exciting things happening for you, Erin! So happy for you! And it would be interesting to hear what your takeaways were from your brief stint in the modeling industry. I’ve heard you mention it here and there on your radio show but would be interested to read your thoughts too! Also, I have yet to read your most recent post but have it saved to do so in a not so sleepy state! In the meantime, Hugs and prayers for you, friend!
